- split alterator into ahttpd and browser-qt

- -browser-qt subpackage remaned to -alterator as it really is

- other images for browser-qt added
- gtkrcs added into kde4-settings
- plasma-applet-networkmanagenemt removed from kde4 by default
- conflicts bitween different brandings added
