Some pkggroups were numbered (thus ordered) and some weren't;
let's make those uniform instead of depending on Latin alphabet:

kde5 -> 06_kde5
teacher -> 07_teacher
server-apps-edu -> 08_server-apps-edu
video-conferencing -> 09_video-conferencing
