During the CVS imports into Bzr, there were some inconsistencies introduced
(mostly that files that were deleted in CVS weren't being deleted in Bzr).
So this checkin makes the bzr repo actually consistent with the CVS repo,
including fixing permissions of files.

Bug 385415: Bugs marked as duplicate or moved to another installation always go to the RESOLVED state, even if the workflow has RESOLVED excluded from it (or if this bug status has been removed or renamed).
