Fixed links off of 'Most doomed' reports to only list bugs that match the product we're reporting about.

me.  Added a footer to every page.  Add some options to do things like
display checkboxes instead of scrolling lists, and a new formatting
for email diffs, and show list items capitalized instead of all upper
case.

don't offer most doomed report if this bugzilla installation doesn't use milestones. remove semicolons from sql queries. the version of mysql running on lounge throws an error on semicoloned queries.

Add a current milestone variable and a most doomed report that's like the ones chofmann posts listing engineers with Mx bugs by number of bugs.

banner flag.  Add commented-out line to enable showing SQL line.

names that have a "/" in them.

(people were linking into report.cgi without an output key
specified, this fix prevents perl from squealing.)

available as an option if collectstats.pl has never been run.
