This document has been unmaintained for more than a year now (since
the day it was submitted).

Added David Guibert, Jochen Keil, Jeffrey Middleton, Sean McNamara.

This updates the copyright header to all be the same, which is
pretty much an update of where to mail request for a copy of the GPL
and the years of the MPD project. This also puts all committers under
'The Music Player Project' umbrella. These entries should go
individually in the AUTHORS file, for consistancy.

Added two new team members.  Updated the description of older
contributors.  Moved José Anarch and Patrik Weiskircher to "former
developers".

Moved people who havn't contributed during the 0.14 development cycle.

Moved the following developers to the "Former Developers" section,
because they are currently not interested in MPD development: Warren
Dukes, J. Alexander Treuman.

There are probably more inactive developers still in the list.

The AUTHORS file should only contain full real names.  Removed all
pseudonyms.

libmp4ff was removed from MPD a while ago.

Eric is too busy with other projects and will remain inactive
indefinitely.

This git branch has become a real MPD fork now.  Time to change the
package name to the code name "mpd-mk".  Set the version number to
"0.14~git" to mark this as a non-released version.
