Don't preserve previously installed /etc/altlinux-release:
we are keep BUILD_ID in /etc/os-release now, it is enough.

And require alt-os-release filetrigger.

It was copy/pasted from Simply Linux branding and it definetly
doesn't make sense here.

We use MATE only in the workstation.

License can't be changed after update the package from a
repository, so don't change these files.
Install these files in %post and own them as
%ghost %config(noteplace). It this way they are will remain
even if the package will be removed.
