Scribus is the only application in the 'Publishing' category, so
just move it to top level and get rid of 'Publishing' category
in the menu.

Freecad is not 'Publishing' application and shouldn't be
in that category.

Qgis was removed from Sisiphus and doesn't exist in the p10.

Suggested by anna@: gimp and others can be useful for work.

They were pulled before, but ensure that they will be installed.
They can be useful for information gathered by inxi, for example.

rescue works without network support by default. In addition, there
are use cases where it is forbidden to connect to an external
network, even in rescue.

Have to enable wireplumber.

live user is configured for build if builder-useradd is installed.

This makes installing from livecd cleaner, making it unnecessary
to remove the live user in the preinstall script.

Why are they there?

Now cinnamon-minimal is provided from cinnamon.
Also, there is no point in the additional base metapackage.
No need to prevent the user from removing remaininig пакеты with the command:
apt-get autoremove

The configs can be atypical, so changing the path can make it
work incorrectly.

live/image-scripts.d/50-var-run-fix clash with
rootfs/image-scripts.d/50-var-run-fix.

livecd-run-hooks runs hooks from /image/live.hooks/ by default.

live must not contain installer-feature-*-stage3.
In live this work is done by:
features.in/x11-autostart/rootfs/image-scripts.d/40-x11-autostart

This script does what hasn't been needed for over 10 years.

If xorg-dri-* is not needed, just don't install it.

livecd-webkiosk conflict with livecd-runapp.
The regression was a commit 2968101c.
