For FAT partitions on non-EFI images (e.g. i586).

Celluloid segfaults on Jetson Nano, so use vlc there, but keep
celluloid for other aarch64 systems.

Suggested by iv@: rpcbind is not needed in SL.

All required installer-features pulled by
installer-feature-simply-livecd.

List services in the profile itself, files systemd-* in the
installer-distro-simply-linux shuold be dropped: we are want
the same list for installer, livecd and rootfs.

Also add use/bootloader/grub and mixin/desktop-installer.

As more appropriate name for this group.
Also rename comm-base -> net-base.

Added use/vmguest/kvm/x11 use/stage2/kms.

Build rootfs images for ARM.
