Define dummy use/vmguest/vbox/dri use/vmguest/vmware/dri targets
for non-x86 architecures to avoid the problem.

- vmguest: unbreak on non-x86 architectures
- LoongArch:
  + install drivers and tools for VM guests
  + install dmidecode
  + do not build documentation (requires java and co)

The package is noarch, hence %ifarch is not going to work.
Check for %_build_cpu instead.
