kde5-falkon is not available (since falkon >= 24.08.2-alt1)

gtk-bookmarks are used again in gnome 47.

Enable wayland session by default.
Plasma 6 with wayland session on aarch64 works much better than on x11.

Previously it came through various lists, which now do not have sudo.
sudo is not superfluous in desktop Regular's.

not all kde applications have migrated to kf6 yet and some of
their functionality is not available because the package
kf5-kirigami is not installed.

Needed for gtk3/gtk4 applications on wayland.

There will now be only one kde in the repository, and in Sisyphus it is
kde6, and in p11 and p10 kde5.
So just kde.

xfce-sysv claims to be a distribution.
Therefore, it must be separate config that has nothing to do with
regular.mk. Those who wish can develop it separately from mkimage-profiles.

These goals are not exclusive to the Regular's and will be useful
to others.

Without this in gnome-control-center openvpn partially without GUI.

Сinnamon uses gtk plugins in its native interface for NetworkManager.

templates acted as a workaround that run xdg-user-dirs in wayland.
Now this is not required, xdg-user-dirs is fixed.
