For build desktop Regular's without etcnet.

installer-common-stage3 contain scripts for setup etcnet.
We remove etcnet from the installer to make it possible to build
images without it.

This reverts commit a9eab7bb.

When building rootfs, make-initrd is executed when the file system
is still unknown. Therefore, fsck is not added, and when bootloading
we get an error message and rdshell.

Such a package was dangerous, so the package was removed from
Sisyphus.

mate replaced with gnome.
