They are used as additional items. So specifying the name is not
necessary. This will shorten the lines.

Can't set an empty variable, so this didn't work before.
Also nouveauu should have been specified as a fallback option (try).

Does not work on non-x86 arches.

Now it can be done (extra packages will be removed during
installation).
For systemd only.

They will be installed livecd-rescue-base-utils.

This allows to add a target to distributions that are installed
from squash (the package and its dependencies will be removed).

Since p11 locale C.UTF-8 is part of glibc-core.
For older branches C.UTF-8 is part of glibc-locales.

The list can be use in live without Rescue.
Package livecd-rescue has a dependency on rescue-launcher.

The image already contains systemd-networkd, so it makes sense to
add systemd-timesyncd.

Now in live-rescue required to enter root login.
Empty pawwd for root is default for live.

This reverts commit 186e1a73.
If livecd-user is installed at it is dangerous, can connect via ssh
to root with any password.

It seems unnecessary...
As well wimtools depends on syslinux.
